These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and related services. By accessing or using U-Crew, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using U-Crew, you confirm that:

Decisions regarding violations of this zero-tolerance policy are FINAL and NOT subject to appeal. We WILL report serious violations to relevant authorities, including law enforcement, employers, professional maritime and aviation bodies, and regulatory agencies.
All users must comply with our comprehensive Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) policy, available at https://u-crew.co.uk/app/csae.
Any content, communication, or behaviour that violates our CSAE policy will result in:
U-Crew analyses your in-app behaviour and CV content to generate personality and aptitude insights. You control whether employers view your personality and aptitude insights (opt-in required). Anonymised data may be used for research or industry trends (see Privacy Policy).
You are solely responsible for:
U-Crew owns all App content, logos, and software. You retain rights to your profile data but grant us a licence to process it. Do not reproduce, sell, or reverse-engineer U-Crew's technology.
Certain features — including your full energy report — require a paid subscription ("U-Crew Pro"), offered as an auto-renewable subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you purchase.
U-Crew Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. U-Crew Ltd does not receive or store your payment card details — Apple processes all payments.
Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep U-Crew Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
We may change subscription prices. Where required, we will notify you in advance, and any increase will not take effect until your next renewal after the notice — you can cancel before then.
We may add, change, or remove features included in U-Crew Pro over time. We will not materially reduce the core benefits you are paying for during a period you have already paid for without offering you a way to cancel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (no class actions).
We may update these Terms and will notify users via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
